Как же это здорово - вовремя вызволить из плеера ту единственную Песню, идельно вливающуюся в мысли и настроения этой минуты. Шагать по городу ей в такт и улыбаться прохожим, впустить в сердце все, что несет эта музыка. Ощущения, образы - знакомые и , кажется, навеки повязанные с этой Песней... и абсолютно новые, навеянные сегодняшним Городом и сегодняшней мной... Позволить этим ощущениям сплестись, перепутаться, принимать прошлое за настоящее...
И до чего же здорово, что этой ностальгию, остро-сладкой порции грусти хватает лишь на те 6 минут, что длится Песня.
Я совсем недавно вывела эту формулу, освобождающую от немалой части боли. Не позволять ничему владеть собой дольше 6 минут. Не сходить с ума, не быть в отчаянии, не тяготиться проблемами... не любить?
Сокращать число минут и свести их на нет...
Из всех моих самосовершенствующих практик эта кажется не самой саморазрушительной.
Только вот любовь и радость я, пожалуй, чуть-чуть продлю...
